One Shared Vision.** Some business partnerships start with a business plan. Ours started with a mutual connection, a job opportunity, and the realization that we worked really well together. We're Shar Babaie and Brooke Hamrick, co-founders of Limitless Growth Consulting Agency. We built our careers through different experiences, developed complementary strengths along the way, and discovered that we shared a passion for helping people and businesses grow. Brooke's career began in sales, but it didn't take long for her to find her way into leadership. With an educational background in Organizational Leadership and Sales Leadership, she spent the next two decades building and leading revenue teams, developing sales strategies, and helping organizations navigate growth and change. Her career took her from Indiana to Pennsylvania and eventually to Austin, Texas, where she's been based since 2014. Along the way, she developed a particular appreciation for the challenges that arise when businesses grow faster than their people, processes, and systems can support. Shar's path into business looked a little different. With an educational background in Political Science and Psychology, her early career focused on entrepreneurship, business operations, and understanding what makes people tick. From building businesses to developing teams, she gained firsthand experience with the human side of growth: motivation, communication, relationships, and the dynamics that influence performance. After moving from San Diego to Austin in 2018, her career continued evolving toward sales, leadership, and helping businesses grow. Those experiences shaped the perspectives we bring to our work. Brooke naturally gravitates toward strategy, systems, and operational structure. Her instinct is to start with the data, examine trends, understand what's working, and identify where processes or systems may be getting in the way. Shar brings a strong understanding of people, communication, and team dynamics. She's naturally curious about what motivates people, how they make decisions, and how their experiences and relationships influence outcomes. We often approach the same challenge from different directions, which helps us see things we might otherwise miss. And while our natural strengths are different, we're equally passionate about the art of selling, developing people, and continually challenging ourselves to grow. ## **The Beginning of a Pretty Good Partnership** Our paths first crossed through a mutual connection, which led to us working together at Abrigo, a growing financial technology company. Brooke hired Shar, and it didn't take long for us to realize we had something good. We shared a strong work ethic, a genuine curiosity about how businesses operate, and a passion for helping people succeed. We also discovered that our different approaches made us better at solving problems together. Where one of us might spot a process gap, the other might recognize a behavioral pattern contributing to it. We'd challenge each other's assumptions, explore different possibilities, and usually arrive at a stronger solution than either of us had started with. Over time, we developed a level of trust that made it easy to have honest conversations, disagree productively, and push each other to think differently. When Brooke eventually left Abrigo to lead Growth at Pequity, we found ourselves working together again. Apparently, once wasn't enough. By then, our professional relationship had grown into a friendship, and we'd learned just how valuable our complementary strengths could be. Friends, former colleagues, and professional connections would reach out with questions or challenges. Sometimes they needed help building a sales process. Other times, they were struggling with team performance, trying to make better use of their CRM, or figuring out how to grow without creating more chaos along the way. We'd jump in, ask questions, untangle the problem, and help them move forward. One project turned into another, and before long, we realized we were building a business. For several years, Limitless existed alongside our full-time careers. It gave us the opportunity to work with different companies, tackle new challenges, and continue developing our skills. We loved the variety, the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, and the freedom to approach problems with fresh perspectives. We also found that our experience working inside businesses gave us a valuable understanding of what it actually takes to put good ideas into practice. Eventually, we both reached a point in our careers where the timing felt right. We had the experience, the relationships, and a growing business we'd already spent years building. So we decided to give Limitless our full attention. And the rest is history. Well, history in the making. ## **Growth Has Always Been Personal to Us** If there's one thing that's remained consistent throughout our careers and friendship, it's that we're both pretty passionate about growth. We love learning, challenging ourselves, developing new skills, and understanding why things work the way they do. We're just as interested in growing as individuals as we are in helping businesses grow. That curiosity carries into our work with clients, but it also shows up in our everyday lives. Some of our best conversations happen while hiking around Austin. What starts as a chance to catch up on life can easily turn into a conversation about a client challenge, a new idea, or something interesting we've been learning. And sometimes we actually manage to talk about things other than work. Outside of Limitless, Brooke is married with two grown kids and a house full of pets, while Shar shares her life with her longtime partner and their pup. We both value the relationships and experiences that shape who we are, and we bring that same appreciation for people into our work. We understand that behind every company are individuals with their own goals, challenges, motivations, and lives outside of work. Those things matter, especially when you're asking people to embrace change, learn new skills, or approach their work differently. ## **Where We Are Today** Today, Limitless Growth Consulting Agency is an Austin-based sales and growth consulting firm working with companies navigating growth, transformation, and the challenges that come with both. We bring decades of combined experience across sales leadership, go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and business growth. Sometimes we're stepping into fractional or interim leadership roles. Sometimes we're rebuilding processes, improving systems, developing teams, or helping businesses make sense of what's happening inside their revenue organizations. Every engagement looks a little different, which is exactly how we like it. Our approach is shaped by the same complementary perspectives that brought us together. We look at the numbers, the processes, the systems, and the people behind them. We want to understand what's happening, what's influencing it, and what needs to change to create meaningful, lasting improvement. We challenge each other's thinking, ask difficult questions, and bring the kind of curiosity that comes from genuinely enjoying the work. We understand that even the best strategy is only as effective as the people responsible for bringing it to life. And we know from experience that building something sustainable requires both operational discipline and an understanding of human behavior. After all these years, we still get excited about figuring things out together. That's what brought us together in the first place.
