She delivers results because of her strategic and data driven approach coupled with a deep understanding of human psychology and neurology. Shar’s perfected three skills that have been invaluable for her clients: generating revenue, teaching teams how to generate revenue, and setting up processes to sustain growth.

Brooke is a seasoned revenue leader with decades of sales and marketing experience in everything from solo entrepreneurship to Fortune 100 operations. Brooke started her professional career in technology sales, and was quickly drawn to leadership, where she’s continued to grow, learn, and help companies connect their customers and solutions.
She’s achieved rapid growth at companies like Verizon, ADP, Bigcommerce, as well as her own businesses. Most recently, Brooke served as Head of Growth at Pequity, a leading compensation SaaS startup that helps companies manage equitable compensation programs and attract & retain top talent.
